Music video round-up: Pete Doherty, Kid British, Dirty Projectors, Maximo Park, Marina and the Diamonds

"Yeah we're British, kid"
Faithfully as ever, we bring you the best of the music vids people have raved to us about this week. Here’s our top 5, let us know if you think we missed any good ‘uns out!
Kid British: ‘Our House Is Dadless’
Favourite of the week: These guys have definitely got a Mike Skinner I’m-From-The-Streets vibe going on with their new single, and they just played a few dates with The Specials. Ones to watch we think. Out 6th July.
Pete Doherty: ‘Broken Love Song’
This isn’t the official vid but we reckon it’s a lot less miserable. Kinda kitsch. Out 27th July.
Dirty Projectors: ‘Stillness Is The Move’
Shot on location in Vermont, this video is as beautiful and weird as the song. From the album Bitte Orca, which is out now.
Maximo Park: ‘Questing, Not Coasting’
What is it with indie bands making themselves all silhouette-like against a white screen? Fortunately this video does get more interesting. Out 13th July.
Marina and the Diamonds: ‘I Am Not A Robot’
Directed by Rankin, this is a very, very glittery video. Girl power, we like it a lot. Out now.
