Doherty: returning to (Baby)shambles

Babyshambles have announced their first, and presumably last, UK tour this year for December. It marks the first time Pete Doherty has reunited with his bandmates since he announced he’d be working with the Libertines again on new material.

It will take in the following dates:

10th December – Sheffield O2 Academy
12th December –  Cardiff University
13th December – Bath Pavilion
14th December – Liverpool O2 Academy
15th December – Southampton Guildhall
19th December –  O2 Academy Birmingham
20th December – Nottingham Rock City (over 14s only)

Doherty will play a solo set at V Festival in Chemsford and Stafford this weekend. Babyshambles plan to release their fourth album sometime in 2010.
